Are you or your children aged between 10-18yrs old?If so, you are eligible for free Capoeira classes throughout March and those who continue and show commitment will also receive a free uniform. Capoeira is a martial art involving a diverse combination of game, martial arts, music, dance and acrobatics, which gives you the opportunity for self-development at the same time as building your confidence and general fitness levels. It is a hugely popular martial art across the world and is practiced in over 150 countries.
